What Is Greenwashing?
Although a corporation, product or alternative energy source seems ecofriendly, it is always best to look behind the “green” facade to get the facts.
 
The marketing “greenwashing” tries to make your product look more earth-friendly than it actually is. It is a strategy to make you feel better about the things that are not green by making them feel green.

Mazda North American Operations (MNAO) launched its strategic partnership in support of the launch of Universal Pictures and Illumination Entertainment’s Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax, in theatres March 2, saying its cars were “Cerified Truffula Tree Friendly”.
